We have developed strategic relationships with several organizations who are global leaders in manufacturing low-cost hardware. These companies not only provide the hardware component of the Intelliverse suite of services, but they also help you - our Wholesale partners - market the hardware, offering assistance with brand positioning, messaging, and the development of your marketing collateral. They can also help increase your retail presence with point-of-purchase materials and kiosks, and further drive business with rebate offers included inside the hardware packaging. SoftPhone options are provided directly by Intelliverse. In all cases, strong private-labeling capabilities round out the offering.

SoftPhone
The Intelliverse SoftPhone is a Windows® application that allows VoIP calling from a PC. Partners receive one master copy of our SoftPhone with unlimited distribution rights. The SoftPhone skin can be delivered branded with our partner's logo, or it can be completely re-skinned at an additional cost.

Hardware
To ensure your expectations regarding device integration and interoperability are fully satisfied, we have developed a hardware testing and certification program. Intelliverse also has the flexibility to conduct the requisite interoperability testing with additional hardware vendors as required. Should you identify equipment not listed as certified and/or from a manufacturer with whom we currently do not have a relationship, testing and certification programs can be arranged.

Intelliverse Certified CPEs – Certified devices have passed our intensive interoperability testing and will work on the Intelliverse network with no changes

Non-certified CPEs – Devices are SIP compliant but have not passed interoperability testing on the Intelliverse network

Trusted CPEs – Devices are Certified and serial numbers have been pre-loaded in Intelliverse databases ensuring provisioning accuracy and security
