Service Branding
Branding of the service includes both the Subscriber Web Portal and the Telephone User Interface (TUI).
- Subscriber
web portal: There are many ways the product's Web interface can be tailored to reflect your branding. It can be created using your company's colors and fonts. You can specify the size, color, and placement of your logo on each page, as well as the content and placement of any banner advertising you might choose to run. Other customization options include site flow and language.
- Telephone User Interface (TUI): We'll work with you to develop the call flow that makes the most sense for your business. You can also specify the language and accent to be used throughout.
Customer Premises Equipment Branding
The equipment used by your customers to access the service provides yet more branding opportunities.
- Hardware: Our manufacturing partners manage the branding of all devices and associated packaging and user materials. We work closely with you and with these manufacturers to identify a CPE branding strategy that best meets your needs.
- SoftPhone: Intelliverse develops and manages all SoftPhones used for our services. There are many customization options - including colors, logo, product name and fonts - which can be applied to its interface. From the SoftPhone skin to its Install Wizard, we can make sure the look and feel of it all is perfectly suited to your company's brand.
Customer Support Branding
Your 2nd level support calls can be transferred to our call center agents for handling. Should you elect to purchase this option, Intelliverse reps become like your own, assisting your customers as if they were our own.
