Our application provides a 24-hour automated system which is available from any phone. Once an employee dials the toll free number, he or she will hear a welcome greeting in his or her native language. The caller will then be prompted to enter a pre-assigned pin number, which identifies the end user to the system. The verbal test then begins and the system guides the employee through a three part test – continually tracking the caller’s responses. Once the call has been completed, the scores and results are immediately tabulated and made available on a real-time web-based report.
