Critical Communications Line

Intelliverse’s Critical Communications Line provides an agency and field personnel a dependable and expedient way to contact its offices when important information must be communicated. A government representative makes a single call into the application, records a voice or fax message to be delivered, and chooses the departments, regions, or other grouping of agencies that are to receive the message. Immediately (or at a pre-scheduled future time if so desired), the application dials out to the selected locations, authenticates that the correct recipient has answered the call, delivers the information, and confirms that the caller has received and understood the message. If the system is to deliver a fax message, the fax machines at each location will immediately receive the message from the Critical Communications Line. The Critical Communications Line can be programmed to make multiple attempts. Real-time Web-based reports show the disposition of the delivery attempt to each location (confirmed receipt, unconfirmed receipt, undelivered).

To facilitate this application, Intelliverse provides a web interface, which allows the company to make updates to the location database, add new locations, or delete locations which are no longer valid.
